 Refund Eligibility

Therapy Sessions and Healing Services

• Fees paid for Past Life Regression Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Beyond Life Regression, Inner Child Healing, Theta Healing, EFT, Spiritual Guidance, Energy Healing, and other one-on-one services are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

• Missed appointments, no-shows, late cancellations, or a change of mind do not qualify for a refund.

• Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability and reasonable notice.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations where Deepa Bisht Joshi is unable to deliver the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, one of the following remedies may be offered:

• Full refund of the amount paid; or

• Rescheduling of the session; or

• Credit toward a future service.

All such cases will be reviewed individually, and the decision of Deepa Bisht Joshi shall be final.

Results Disclaimer

Past Life Regression, Hypnotherapy, and other holistic healing modalities are experiential and complementary practices. Individual experiences and outcomes vary significantly from person to person.

As no specific result, outcome, healing, or transformation can be guaranteed, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with personal experiences, perceived effectiveness, or expected results.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or legal claim.

Any dispute arising from payments, cancellations, or refunds shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions.
